Sanitizer - use 2 oz. per 1 gallon of water. Antioxidant & Bactericide - use 2/3 teaspoon to 5 gallons. Dissolve sulfite in warm water before adding. Our sodium hydroxide is 1/5 normal solution and it
does meet FDA requirement.
