Star Anise
|
Adds a flavor similar to licorice. Good for seasonal and specialty beers. Use 1/2 to one once per gallon to flavor sodas or specialty beers where a flavor similar to licorice is desired. Do not Crush. A boil or 30 minutes or more may be required to extract flavor.
