Munich Malt
|
A base malt similar to Vienna but will produce a slightly darker beer. Small amounts added to the mash-in grist will improve the malty flavor. This grain is a little darker than the German Munich Malt. It will add a deeper color and fuller malty flavor. Very good choice for Dark and Amber Lagers. Suggested use - For Amber and Lagers use 20-70% with 5-10% 20L or 40L Crystal. For Dark Lagers and Bocks use 10-30% with Klages or German Pils.
